I’m Francisco Aguilar, a certified sommelier and wine educator.
Miami-born and Cuban-rooted, my passion for wine began at a young age, inspired by a family of wine importers. Their work introduced me to the art of viticulture as we traveled across Europe, immersing me in the stunning vineyards of Spain. These experiences shaped my drive and inspiration to learn about the people who make wine in every corner of the world.
My professional journey has taken me across the United States, from Aspen to Newport Beach, Phoenix to Dallas, and beyond. Along the way, I have accumulated over a decade of experience in some of the busiest, most upscale restaurants, managed multi-million dollar beverage programs, and curated wine lists with an eye for the unique and exceptional.
